    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Perform upgrades and enhancements to SAP ECC and peripheral applications (e.g. BSI, Vertex)</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Identify and resolve operational, basis, client, Unix and related issues within the SAP ECC and EP environments</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Manage and optimize SAP ECC application performance</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Manage and optimize SAP Printers using SAPSPRINT and other tools</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Update documentation on all of the above as required, utilizing SAP Solution Manager</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Manage Universal Automated Controller (UAC) workflows</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Manage ERS Vendor connections and runjobs</li>
