Position Overview

Join AT&T to redefine connectivity and transform digital experiences for millions. As the Director of Technical Product Management (Web Sales) within the Consumer Technology eXperience (CTX) team, you will drive digital transformation and create innovative, data-driven customer experiences across multiple channels. Based in Dallas, TX, this role requires office presence 5 days per week, with relocation support available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and OKRs to advance Digital Product Management and drive digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CX, data insights, and business leaders to create a product strategy and roadmap that fuels engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers, UX designers, and data analysts while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the design, development, launch, and performance evaluation of product capabilities—ensuring alignment with business goals and budget management.
  • Monitor industry trends and adopt best practices, including Agile methodologies, to ensure optimum product effectiveness and measurable KPIs.

Required Qualifications

  • Over 15 years of experience in technical product management, including 10+ years developing product strategy, roadmap, and technical requirements for digital channels and ecommerce.
  • Proven track record managing high-performing product teams and driving digital growth through data insights and AI/ML-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with demonstrable success in managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with deep expertise in digital product trends, KPI management (e.g., Revenue Growth, Conversion Rates, CSAT), and Agile methodologies.
