LS Orthodontics is a newly opened boutique orthodontic practice located in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle. We specialize in creating confident smiles through custom-tailored braces and clear aligners for kids, teens, and adults. Position Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This position could lead to full-time. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is friendly and eager to learn. Although you will learn to do a little bit of everything related to patient care and the practice in general, the intention of this role is to focus on our marketing efforts and to help with treatment coordinating. ALL TRAINING RELATED TO THE POSITION WILL BE PROVIDED.

You'll play a key role in creating a positive presence in our community and shape our patient experience.

What You'll Do

• Interact with patients and build positive, lasting relationships
• Coordinate patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Answer phones, emails, and texts with professionalism
• Help with marketing efforts: Keep track of different outreach projects, follow through with marketing communication and idea execution
• Manage patient intake forms, insurance verification, and documentation
• Present financial and insurance information
• Support the growth of the practice and perform various tasks as needed

We're Looking For

• A Candidate That Is Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools and software; Familiar with using Canva (or similar) and social media platforms
• Interest in marketing; Feels comfortable presenting finances (we will train)
• Has a team-player attitude: flexible, adaptive, and eager to learn different skills and cross-trained in different duties in a start-up environment
• An all-around kind person, positive, energetic, professional, and a customer service rockstar; Excellent with communication, attention to detail, follow-ups.
• Dependable and consistently available for scheduled hours.
• Part-time candidates must be available on at least two of these days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays.
• A couple of Saturdays may be required throughout the year if there is a marketing or community event.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, marketing, or dental/medical sterilization technician experience is a plus (but not required)
