Uline is seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to drive product innovation and shape marketing strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and contribute to a leading distributor in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new product sourcing by analyzing customer feedback, returns, and competitor products.
• Influence company growth through the development and selection of quality products.
• Cultivate strong vendor relationships and collaborate to resolve issues effectively.
• Travel to vendors to assess manufacturing processes and identify innovative product solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Inventory Management, and Creative teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel for tradeshows and vendor visits.
