We are expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Management Associate. In this role, you will implement sales initiatives and community-centered campaigns to drive market share for our clients, working hands-on with our top-notch senior managers and participating in ongoing, personalized training with unlimited opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies through direct community outreach to exceed business objectives.
  • Effectively build and maintain relationships with customers to qualify long-term customers, increase retention, and promote repeat business.
  • Utilize generated leads to reach sales and customer satisfaction goals by qualifying customers and providing exceptional service.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive innovative and competitive solutions.
  • Actively lead training on product knowledge, consumer satisfaction, and compliance for the sales teams on behalf of management.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Client Relations, or Business Development.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to rapidly troubleshoot.
  • Intrinsically motivated and proactive.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed.
