Compensation is competitive: the salary range is $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year. For those new to the industry, your base salary will start at $35,000 with first-year commissions around $20,000. Experienced professionals can expect a base starting at $40,000 with top earners earning up to $28,000 in commission last year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Build lasting relationships with potential and existing clients by engaging in thorough consultations to understand their insurance needs.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell policies, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest insurance industry trends, products, and changes to deliver accurate advice.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy quotations.
  • Develop insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales efficiently.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensing: Active State of Nebraska Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is necessary.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
