Position Overview

The La Colombe DTC Team is seeking a data‐driven, strategic, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our direct revenue driving channels for LaColombe.com. This role is critical in driving growth and maximizing ROI through innovative digital campaigns, optimization strategies, and cross‐functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and optimizations of direct revenue driving channels—including email, SMS, and paid media—for LaColombe.com.
  • Manage budget planning, pacing, and optimization across online marketing channels.
  • Maintain a digital content calendar in collaboration with DTC, Brand, Marketing, Product, Cafés, Insights, and Wholesale teams.
  • Prepare and communicate digital analytics to executives and the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with Social and Comms teams to maximize synergy across communications.
  • Drive strategies that attract and convert new customers through digital channels.
  • Develop retention programs and loyalty initiatives to boost customer lifetime value.
  • Leverage data analytics to personalize user experiences and inform strategic decisions.
  • Plan, develop, and manage targeted email and SMS campaigns to support acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee segmentation, A/B testing, and lifecycle automation for email/SMS marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) in partnership with external agencies.
  • Collaborate with agencies and in-house teams to create and optimize performance-driven campaigns.
  • Track ROI and continuously improve cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Lead on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and enhance site performance.
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to optimize site structure and content.
  • Monitor keyword performance and conduct regular SEO audits.
  • Optimize website layout, product placements, and promotional banners in partnership with the Ecommerce Operations Manager.
  • Align with DTC, Creative, and Product teams to ensure all digital merchandising supports business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on DTC ecommerce.
  • Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns—including paid search, paid social, email, and SMS.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and customer retention strategies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies concurrently.
  • Ecommerce experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Email and SMS platforms, as well as deep knowledge of paid media platforms and analytics/attribution tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices, along with advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
