Position Overview
The Logistics Coordinator at Margo Garden Outdoor Living is responsible for managing and coordinating all logistics operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and accurate delivery of products. This role supports the supply chain by working closely with vendors, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments of products and materials.
- Track and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
- Manage logistics documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, and shipping records.
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse coordination.
- Resolve shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable transportation and customs regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
Required Qualifications
- Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Required: Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Qualifications: Knowledge of ERP systems and shipment tracking tools; Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; Ability to multitask and work under deadlines; Intermediate to advanced English skills (required).
