Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies to expand New Balance’s market presence
- Utilize current trends and best practices in visual merchandising and field marketing to create engaging campaigns
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely, accurate completion
- Oversee and evaluate the success of all visual merchandising and field marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners
- Analyze customer feedback to refine and improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to align initiatives with New Balance’s brand and marketing objectives
- Prepare presentations and reports to update senior management on progress and outcomes
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- A proven track record with a portfolio of projects and campaigns that demonstrates creative problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying current with industry trends
