Position Overview
We are looking for a world-class Customer Service Representative. Join our office support team and help represent our brand by creating lifetime customers. This role is perfect for someone with phone experience in the service industry and a background in a customer-focused administrative role. If you are customer focused and solutions oriented, then this is the position for you!
Salary: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls, address inquiries, and resolve product or service related issues while following up to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Dispatch route drivers and service technicians as needed to assist with product delivery, equipment installation, or repairs.
- Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with patience and helpfulness when interacting with fellow employees, external customers, and vendors.
- Exhibit outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be dependable and reliable.
- Experience handling a high volume of calls in a service-related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly, work independently, and think proactively.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic, with honesty and integrity as a priority.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, winning attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Advanced skills in organizing and time management.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Knowledge of driving times within and around cities in the branch geography.
- Ability to adapt to new situations as they arise.
