Position Overview

In this role, you will drive business growth by building and maintaining relationships with referral partners such as Realtors, Financial Advisors, and Bank Branches. You will identify partnership opportunities, promote company-sponsored events and direct-to-consumer activities, and use your financial and credit analysis skills to match consumer needs with the right loan program—all while enhancing the brand visibility of Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (e.g. Realtors, Financial Advisors, Bank Branches).
• Identify partnership opportunities and develop strong business relationships through company-sponsored events and direct-to-consumer activities.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of Company products, policies, procedures, and underwriting requirements.
• Analyze detailed financial and credit data to match consumer needs with an appropriate loan program and risk level.

Required Qualifications

• A valid NMLS state license is required.
• 1+ years of successful external/outside retail mortgage origination experience with an emphasis on self-sourced business.
• Proven sales experience with the ability to meet production standards set for branch production.
• Complete familiarity with FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines and an understanding of all facets of real estate transactions.
