Position Overview
Printfresh is a fast-growing, family-run e-commerce brand specializing in sustainable and whimsical sleepwear and apparel. As we expand our reach, we are seeking a strategic and people-focused Senior Director of Marketing to lead our team and drive the next stage of brand growth. In this role, you will oversee all marketing functions—balancing creative vision with operational excellence—to ensure that every initiative is data-driven and aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth while balancing creative and analytical approaches.
- Lead and mentor a talented in-house marketing team and collaborate closely with Creative, Merchandising, and Operations teams to ensure campaigns align with product launches and business priorities.
- Manage agency relationships and oversee all marketing channels including retention (Email/SMS/Social community & Loyalty), influencer marketing & PR, SEO & landing page optimization, and brand collaborations.
- Oversee a multimillion-dollar budget (over Compensation: $5M+ marketing budget) by analyzing campaign data, customer insights, and conversion metrics to optimize ROI and efficiency.
- Strengthen brand equity through compelling storytelling, strategic social engagement, and fostering influencer partnerships that reflect Printfresh’s values of creativity, inclusivity, sustainability, and joy.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience Required: 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
- Qualifications: Demonstrated track record of managing a $5M+ marketing budget, driving measurable growth, and a deep understanding of ecommerce marketing, particularly within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle categories.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, retention strategies, data-driven analytics, and creative storytelling.
- Hands-on experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with EOS (Traction) principles is a plus; training is available for the right candidate.
