Job Description

Position Overview

The role of marketing at Leidos is to execute campaigns that position Leidos as a trusted technology leader while supporting business development priorities, nurturing stakeholder relationships, and driving revenue. The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for the research, planning, implementation, management, and optimization of campaign(s) for assigned growth area(s) in alignment with an overarching messaging framework. This role also involves taking the initiative to stay informed on market trends and coordinate project management of content development and marketing tactics within the Center of Excellence for Marketing and Brand Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and champion the overarching messaging framework, intake forms, and content templates for integrated marketing campaign(s).
  • Establish market alerts and build internal stakeholder and partner relationships to deepen familiarity with assigned growth area(s).
  • Fuse market insights with expert counsel into actionable storytelling moments within the messaging framework.
  • Develop and internally pitch ideas to bring storytelling moments to life in cohesive, measurable campaign(s).
  • Plan, implement, manage, and measure greenlit campaign(s) comprising templatized foundational content, quick-hit and longer form thought leadership, partner marketing initiatives, and advertisement messaging.
  • Leverage project management best practices and marketing technology to ensure campaigns are on track, tasks are assigned, and go-live dates communicated regularly.
  • Report on measurable outputs for ROI tracking with the assistance of marketing operations, demonstrating tangible successes to stakeholders.
  • Support centralized content calendaring and editorial reviews for business sector marketing content.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field and 8+ years of experience creating and delivering compelling integrated marketing campaigns within the federal government and/or information technology marketplace.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand the critical role each plays in achieving organizational success.
  • Proven ability to execute and monitor simultaneous projects with high visibility and competing deadlines.
  • Strong drive for results and a willingness to experiment with new tactics, channels, and formats.
  • Commitment to achieving the highest standards through effective use of collaboration tools and repeatable processes.
