Caregiver/Med Tech

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality resident care and support, ensuring the well-being of individuals in the facility. This position requires a strong commitment to resident monitoring, caregiving, and assisting with medication dispersal, making it essential for candidates to possess both technical skills and a caring demeanor.

Salary: From $14.00 per hourSchedule: Part-time, Day Shift (Required)Location: Las Vegas, NV 89117 (In person)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal hygiene.
• Monitor residents' health status by observing their overall health and reporting changes to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas to ensure a safe environment.
• Lift and assist residents as needed, ensuring proper techniques are used for safety.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in home health, caregiving, or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to work independently while also being an effective part of a team.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all aspects of care.
• This is a night shift position.
