Position Overview

Connecteam is on a mission to change the work experience for the 80% of the world's global workforce that consists of deskless employees. We empower businesses by removing the daily complexities of managing teams so that they can focus on growth. As an Account Executive, you will become the face of Connecteam and the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will consult businesses that have signed up to the platform, drive them towards becoming paying customers, and contribute valuable feedback to improve our product. You will work closely with our strategic partners at their Allentown, Pennsylvania office and manage the full sales cycle with warm leads, ensuring top-notch customer service and strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become a product expert and effectively communicate Connecteam’s value proposition.
  • Own the full sales cycle and manage your own account pipeline while contributing to the team’s overall pipeline.
  • Act as the company’s eyes by relaying client feedback and market insights to influence product development.
  • Represent the face of Connecteam, providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with strategic partners.
  • Facilitate cross-department collaboration and ensure information sharing across the organization.
  • Demonstrate initiative, independence, and a strong sense of ownership in achieving sales targets.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of Account Executive sales experience in SaaS companies.
  • Strong record of quota attainment.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Self-learner, autodidact, and highly independent.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with CRM and project management tools.
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated – a must for success in this role.
  • A proven team player with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Determination to make a true impact and grow with the company.
  • Willingness and ability to work in-office three days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to speak Spanish.
