At Moffitt Cancer Center, we are looking for an HR Service Center Assistant to join our team. This position will provide a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our employees by delivering high-level customer service and support. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resources and a passion for creating a positive and productive workplace. The HR Service Center Assistant will be responsible for responding to inquiries from employees and managers, troubleshooting HR-related issues, and providing assistance with on-boarding and other HR processes. The ideal candidate should have a customer-service-minded attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think quickly and accurately to provide solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from employees and managers in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot HR-related issues and provide assistance with on-boarding and other HR processes.
- Maintain a customer-service-minded attitude while working with employees.
- Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to provide solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the HR team.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other HR-related software.
- Follow up with employees to ensure their inquiries have been addressed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a service-oriented role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR-related software
