Position Overview
Crossings TV is a multi-Asian television network in the U.S. and a home base for Asian Americans, where clarity, learning, and continuous improvement are highly valued. The Account Executive is responsible for developing local and regional advertising revenue and performing every step of the sales process—from lead generation to post-reporting—while mapping media solutions to clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively and consistently generate new leads.
- Research existing and prospective clients.
- Develop presentations and proposals while mapping product solutions to clients’ needs.
- Create post-reports and recaps; negotiate pricing and budgets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and community partners.
- Provide weekly reporting and complete necessary administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate across departments and collect outstanding balances on accounts.
- Engage in continuous learning to adapt to market shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
- At least 2 years of client-side sales experience with a proven record of success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A disciplined self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and collaboratively with others.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and strong command of English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in media (television, radio, print, digital) and/or advertising.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and Nielsen ratings or other measurement tools.
- Experience with or understanding of the Asian American community.
