Position Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing technology firm, is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead their HR operations. This fully remote position offers a unique opportunity to shape and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the company's growth and foster a positive employee culture. You will be instrumental in developing and executing HR policies and programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee all HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the talent acquisition strategy, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-caliber employees.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a productive work environment.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs for managers and employees on a variety of HR topics.
- Oversee HRIS and other HR technology platforms to ensure efficient data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functional areas including talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Strong understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- Experience in the technology sector is a significant plus.
