Job Description

Century Group is partnering with a client in search of a Bilingual Recruiter to join their team.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the construction industry, and must be able to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $27.00 to $30.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess construction staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking channels to attract and engage qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage and coordinate interview schedules to streamline the hiring process.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to proactively support future staffing needs.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish-this is a mandatory requirement.
  • Have at least 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with recruitment tools, software, and platforms for talent acquisition.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing multiple hiring priorities effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of construction job roles, skillsets, and industry-specific hiring requirements.
  • Show a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and successfully hiring candidates for construction roles.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in recruitment processes.
  • Uphold a professional demeanor with a results-driven approach to talent acquisition.
