Position Overview
Revelyst, a collective of makers redefining performance gear and precision technologies, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Analyst. In this role, you will drive reporting processes and analyze supply chain performance to support strategic and operational plans. Working in a matrixed environment in the Boston, MA area, you will collaborate closely with Demand, Supply, Inventory Planning, Sourcing, Finance, and Sales Operations teams to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, publish, and monitor relevant supply chain metrics and reporting to provide data visibility and support business needs, highlighting areas of risk with solution options.
- Develop and maintain planning metric dashboards for leadership.
- Ensure timely receipt of data from all business partners.
- Drive improvements in data and metrics visibility across the supply chain by developing and managing initiatives and solutions.
- Act as the primary partner for cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring reporting requirements are identified, designed, and communicated effectively.
- Provide root cause analysis by translating data results into clear business insights and actions.
- Respond to ad hoc requests and continuously seek efficiencies and improvements in reporting and procedural processes.
- Develop documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all process work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, etc.).
- Experience with ERPs and resource planning functions (SAP, Netsuite, Oracle).
- Solid understanding of business drivers and the financial impacts related to inventory, cash flow, and working capital.
- Proven ability to combine data from various sources to produce cross-functional analytics.
- Knowledge of supply chain, planning, inventory, DC operations, or logistics.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to resolve high profile issues and operate in a complex, rapidly changing environment while adhering to schedules.
- Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Compensation: Annual Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 (based on experience, location, education, and skills).
