The Role:We are seeking a Social Media & Email Marketing Associate to develop marketing strategies for our company website, clients, and social media platforms. In this entry-level position, you will manage multiple email inboxes, support email list management, and assist with campaign automation for clients across various industries. This role offers the opportunity to develop analytical skills, refine your writing and communication abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced startup setting.Remote/Work from Homeis available.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of original content to engage customers on social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and develop campaigns to achieve goals.
- Plan, implement, manage, and monitor the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, bolster marketing efforts, and drive sales.
- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends and analyze long-term strategic needs.
- Manage and organize email outreach for several clients, including scheduling, list management, sending automation, and list cleansing.
- Assist in planning and executing automated marketing strategies, including market research, data entry, and email segmentation.
- Help identify and test new customer acquisition opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs, driving rapid growth for our partners.
- Support customer service and inbox management by answering inquiries and scheduling phone calls.
- Track campaign statistics and performance, including response rates and phone calls scheduled.
- Provide support with data entry and data qualification as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Over 2 years of experience in Marketing/Admin and Social Media management.
- Proven ability to analyze and dissect social media data.
- Strong proficiency in using all major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in email and list management, with familiarity using email service providers and marketing automation software.
- Excellent data entry, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven with a positive attitude and strong teamwork capabilities.
