Position Overview
Immediately hiring Full Time Call Center Agents at AMTI! In this in-office role, you will provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to clients’ customers via inbound calls. You will handle incoming calls, greet callers, request and provide required information, transfer calls, and take messages. Using our state-of-the-art call processing system and call center tools—with about one week of training—you’ll help ensure that each message is collected thoroughly and accurately. Shifts are full time (40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts) and include availability for a weekend day.
Compensation: $16 / Hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming calls and greet callers.
- Provide and request required information and transfer calls.
- Take messages accurately and relay customer issues.
- Utilize state-of-the-art call processing systems and tools.
- Ensure thorough and accurate collection of information.
Required Qualifications
- A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
- Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar.
- Computer skills in a Windows-based environment.
- Good attendance record.
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience is a plus.
