Position Overview

In this Recruiter role, you will engage with top sales professionals, build strong candidate relationships, and evolve from a half-desk to a full-desk position—running searches, managing accounts, and guiding candidates from the first interview to final offer. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with top sales professionals and connect them with our respected local and national clients.
  • Build and nurture strong candidate relationships while mastering our recruiting process.
  • Transition from a half-desk role into a full-desk recruiter, managing searches and candidate progress.
  • Embrace a high-feedback, autonomous work environment that drives team success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 1+ year of B2B sales or recruiting experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hyper-organized, detail-oriented, and a fast learner in fast-paced settings.
  • Open to hybrid or remote work.

  • Compensation: $75K-$90K Year 1 OTE (Base: $50K + uncapped commission + bonus opportunities), $75K-$110K+ Year 2 OTE, and $100K-$130K+ Year 3 OTE.
