Job Description

Position Overview

WiZiX Technology Group is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician responsible for a full range of repairs and service procedures on copiers/printers. If you are a problem solver who is detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking, we want to talk to you! This role requires good communication skills, a valid driver's license with a clean DMV record, stable work history and the ability to perform some lifting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
  • Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
  • Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Developing options to solve unusual problems
  • Managing time, resources and territorial considerations

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record
  • Good communication skills
  • Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
  • IT literate
  • Strong computer knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience and training with Toshiba, Ricoh, Savin, Kyocera, Brother, Lexmark, and other manufacturers
  • Production experience is a plus
