Key Responsibilities

• Utilize exclusive, value-based warm leads to connect with prospective clients – no cold calling necessary.
• Contact leads to gather information, schedule meetings, and guide clients through selecting the best life insurance products.
• Facilitate the application process for simplified-issued, instant-decision life insurance policies from 30+ top-rated carriers.
• (Optional) Build and own your own agency to generate passive income by mentoring and supporting new agents.
• Provide guidance and support during the licensing process for unlicensed candidates.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule (Part-Time or Full-Time) in a 1099/commission-based role.
• Comfort with selling life insurance products and engaging with warm leads.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in life insurance sales or financial services.
• Licensed agents with a proven track record are highly valued.
