Key Responsibilities
- Own the global campaign strategy, development, and optimization for ISG multi-channel end-user marketing campaigns to drive awareness, thought leadership, and demand with our target audience.
- Lead the ISG relationship management with global, strategic agency partners.
- Align campaign objectives with targeted ISG business goals in coordination with Geo marketing teams.
- Design and lead the overall global campaign content strategy, including content sourcing, development, and delegation of assets, as well as alignment with local Geo marketing executions.
- Collaborate with ISG Partner Marketing to integrate alliance partners into global campaigns with appropriate market development funds support.
- Leverage messaging frameworks developed across various marketing segments for campaign amplification.
- Partner with global marketing operations to establish dashboards and benchmarks (KPIs, optimizations, effectiveness metrics) to measure and optimize campaign results.
- Participate as the ISG lead in cross-business group B2B campaign initiatives and influence collaboration across the company.
- Manage headquarter campaign budgets to ensure funds are utilized per internal finance and procurement policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 8+ years of B2B campaign experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong B2B campaign management experience, including developing and managing marketing campaigns, programs, platforms, content creation, nurture strategies, and agency management
- Experience in B2B marketing within the technology industry
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
- Ability to manage budgets and work proficiently with Excel spreadsheets
- Aptitude for engaging cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive efficiency and optimal outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Benefits & Perks
- Salary: $131,000 - $175,000 per year. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
