Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an environment ideal for celebrating fun.
  • Keeps the immediate supervisor informed of significant issues and takes prompt corrective action or suggests alternative courses of action.
  • Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating with Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
  • Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm, performing multiple job functions.
  • Assists Guests with requests, answers questions, and makes recommendations on items.
  • Provides game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
  • Bids farewell to Guests, ensuring their satisfaction and inviting them to return.
  • Notifies the Manager of any Guest perceived as unhappy.
  • Practices proper cost controls by accurately weighing tickets and scanning merchandise.
  • Stocks, displays, and secures merchandise in all storage areas and reconciles tickets and inventory.
  • Conducts merchandise inventory during and after shifts, checking for necessary supplies and discussing discrepancies with the Manager.
  • Reviews the cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle, ensuring displays are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Properly positions and sets up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
  • Assists other Team Members as needed and fosters a cooperative and harmonious working environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Friendly demeanor with the ability to smile frequently.
  • Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
  • Capability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • Able to read and write handwritten notes.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to move about the facility, stand for long periods, walk the entire shift, and perform tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping, and wiping frequently.
