Managed Services sits at the center of EY’s innovation agenda and is critical to delivering on our All In ambitions. In this role, you will shape and execute cross-service line and cross-industry go-to-market strategies that elevate EY’s market presence while fueling demand for a rapidly expanding portfolio of priority offerings. You will develop collaborative relationships across the BMC organization, provide direction and mentorship, and drive integrated awareness and lead generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver moderate-to-complex integrated marketing programs for the Americas Managed Services team that inform and influence various internal and external constituencies.
- Support the development, execution, and measurement of cross-channel marketing campaigns—including video, webcasts, thought leadership, content marketing, paid media, SEO, email campaigns, events, and sponsorships—to promote priority offerings.
- Enhance integration across the BMC organization including industry, service lines, regions, and other programs to improve coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 9-plus years of marketing experience successfully managing multiple complex projects. Experience Required: 9+ years.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- A thorough understanding of impactful content development and cross-channel delivery principles including digital media, integrated campaigns, and program optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convert complex technical concepts into compelling market messages.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, thought leadership, and content marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and collaborate with multiple stakeholders including senior leaders, creative agencies, and client-serving professionals.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and flexibility to accommodate calls with stakeholders across various time zones.

- Compensation: Comprehensive package with a base salary range from $96,300 to $180,100 in most US locations, and from $115,600 to $204,600 in select areas, plus Total Rewards including medical, dental, pension, and 401(k) plans.
- Schedule: Team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model with an expectation for most client-serving roles to work in person 40-60% of the time.
