Job Description

Position Overview

TheContent QA Analystworks in partnership with UX developers ensuring all digital content is accurate, meets ADA standards, and is accessible to non-sighted users prior to launch. This role also manages day-to-day relationships with vendors and cross-functional partners to deliver a best in class consumer experience at Carhartt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute quality assurance testing across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices to ensure content looks good, works as intended, and is ADA compliant.
  • Conduct testing on select third party functionality and document actual vs. expected results.
  • Maintain and update QA checklists while training other associates on their use.
  • Participate actively in scrums, grooming sessions, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors including Emplifi and Pixlee.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to support campaigns by soliciting user content.
  • Review and confirm that product data, pricing, and details are updated successfully across global websites.
  • Support the creation and testing of new promotions and discounts for global websites.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 1 year of Quality Assurance Testing experience for websites, mobile, or retail applications
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on user experience
  • Strong ability to quickly understand, document, and report defects/bugs
  • Effective communication skills for identifying and resolving issues
  • Ability to work under deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to collaboration
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, and Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Excel preferred)
  • Experience working in a professional corporate setting
  • Physical ability to work in a mix of home and typical office environments and occasional travel (less than 10%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps and Figma
