In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you will embark on an eight‐week training program with rotations across Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service. Through structured, hands-on learning, you will develop the skills needed to enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction – eventually transitioning into a supervisory role with responsibilities over daily operations and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in an eight‐week rotational training program covering key operational areas.
• Develop leadership skills through hands-on mentorship while managing daily operations and sales functions.
• Enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Transition post-training into a supervisory role, with a pathway to advance to Area Vice President.

Required Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree OR an associate's degree plus at least two years’ supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities with the ability to work well in a team and make independent decisions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• This role requires a regular, on-site presence; remote work is not permitted.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience providing high-quality customer service.
