Position Overview
Data is what makes the world go round. Brands, companies and even individuals rely on fast, reliable, and human intelligence–fostered insights rather than just data dumps. At GfK – an NIQ company, you will work with our Brand & Media team to enable clients to make data‐driven decisions, define brand positioning, growth strategies and effective communications. In this role, you will see projects through from inception to final presentation, collaborating closely with senior team members to deliver clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior colleagues from project proposal through to final results presentation.
- Play an active role in project delivery including questionnaire design, sample definition, analytical planning, and reporting, all under the supervision of a Senior team member.
- Collaborate with various company functions (Operations, Sales, Data Scientists, etc.) to ensure timely execution and high quality deliverables.
- Conduct verbal presentations of key findings to clients, with guidance from Senior colleagues.
- Maintain daily contact with clients to understand their needs, gather relevant information, and proactively identify new opportunities to support the Sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Degree (preferably Sociology, Statistics, or Economics).
- 1 to 3 years experience as a quantitative Market Researcher in a Research Agency, ideally with Brand & Communication expertise.
- Italian native with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret data.
- Full proficiency in PowerPoint and intermediate skills in Excel.
- Preferable knowledge of advanced statistics (multivariate analysis, data processing).
- Eagerness to learn with an open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
- A creative, problem-solving, can-do attitude focused on solidarity and teamwork.
- Strong desire to grow professionally and help others develop.
