Weekend Inbound Phone Sales Specialist

Position Overview

A Place for Mom is the leading online resource connecting families with expert advisors to navigate senior care options. In this role as an inside sales representative, you will work remotely to deliver an exceptional experience by guiding families through customized senior care solutions. This is aFULL TIMEposition with a 40‐hour work schedule, typically including 2 weekend days, 2 weekdays (10‐hour shifts) and occasional holiday shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert resource for families seeking senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience aligned with our company mission.
• Take inbound, pre-screened leads while working remotely, adhering closely to assigned shifts.
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options and identify the best matching senior living communities or home care providers.
• Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers.

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or in an inbound call center.
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask by simultaneously handling calls and taking notes.
• Strong computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel and the ability to navigate internal CRM systems.
• Successful completion of the new hire training program.

Benefits & Perks

• Base Salary:$45,760 ($22.00 an hour)
• On Target Earnings:$74,000 ($28,240 variable bonus (Uncapped))
