Job Description
Position Overview
The role involves working alongside a lead technician or senior team members to install, program, test, repair, and service a variety of low‑voltage alarm systems. Initially, the work will be more manual‐focused, including cable pulling and system installations. Initiative, drive, and a willingness to learn are essential as the role evolves to include exposure to various systems. This is a fully onsite position in Oklahoma City, OK. Key Responsibilities
- Install, program, test, repair, and service low‑voltage alarm systems
- Pull cables and perform manual installations
- Collaborate with senior team members to learn and develop technical skills
Required Qualifications
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Knowledge in cable installation including Cat5, Cat6, CCTV, access control systems, security alarm systems, and fire alarm systems
- Ability to take direction and coaching while working collaboratively
