As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will set the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience every time.

In this role, you will help establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community while contributing to a culture that values care, innovation, and inclusiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with optical measurements to choose the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Foster a positive store environment by building strong professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain clean, attractive, and organized displays and inventory.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with a high level of accuracy
• Strong sales skills with accountability and a drive to meet goals
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
