Position Overview

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at FranConnect, you will own a high-impact territory selling into mid-market franchise brands across various verticals. You’ll engage with founders, C-suite leaders, and franchise development executives while positioning FranConnect as a trusted partner. Leverage our integrated AI-first SaaS solution to modernize operations, drive measurable business outcomes and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to deal closure, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach in your assigned territory.
  • Conduct effective discovery meetings and product demos to identify customer pain points and create compelling solutions.
  • Develop and execute customer cultivation strategies while deepening your understanding of the full product stack, pricing packages, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Act as a corporate sales liaison between customers and FranConnect, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to strengthen industry knowledge and customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate SalesForce records to ensure proper forecasting, organized prospecting activities, and tracking of sales tasks and milestones.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to cross-departmental projects as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle in a SaaS environment with documented quota attainment at a minimum of two SaaS companies.
  • Demonstrated success in generating at least 70% of your own pipeline through proactive prospecting.
  • Experience selling multi-modular/multi-product tech stacks to mid-market or enterprise customers, engaging stakeholders from lower levels to C-suite executives.
  • A strong consultative sales approach with proven sales methodologies and a track record of consistently achieving quotas.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for AI and innovative technologies.
  • 5+ years of relevant full sales cycle selling experience in a tech-driven environment.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Highly competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated to exceed ambitious targets.
