Position Overview

Intel 471 is empowering enterprises and organizations in the constant battle against cyber threats. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will strategically identify, engage, and secure ideal customer profiles within an assigned territory—driving new business while expanding market presence. This role supports our mission to provide real‐time actionable intelligence and cutting‐edge CTI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by promoting Intel 471’s comprehensive suite of CTI solutions.
  • Drive new business by building and managing a robust pipeline through sourcing and closing new customers.
  • Negotiate customer agreements – including price, service scope, and timelines – to secure commitments.
  • Clearly communicate Intel 471’s CTI capabilities through engaging demos, presentations, and conversations.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and opportunity details in Salesforce.
  • Actively participate in industry events, seminars, and conferences to network and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with strategic VAR/Channel partners to build and execute mutual pipeline plans.
  • Support sales colleagues by booking appointments and coordinating external trade events.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience successfully selling CTI solutions.
  • A proven track record of sales performance with the ability to manage complex sales cycles, including contract negotiation and execution.
  • Deep understanding of both customer and competitive landscapes, enabling effective business dialogue with C-Level contacts.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, reflecting positively on the company’s image.
  • Strong self-motivation and the capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15-20%.
  • Comfort working with diverse international teams across multiple regions.
