Key Responsibilities

• Educate Homeowners: Introduce families to renewable energy solutions and explain the benefits.
• Guide the Enrollment Process: Make sign-ups easy, accurate, and stress-free while following compliance standards.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Fulfill daily and weekly targets to earn big commissions and bonuses.
• Deliver Great Customer Service: Build trust and answer questions with positivity and professionalism.
• Be the Face of the Brand: Represent Mpower Direct with confidence, energy, and integrity.
• Collaborate with the Team: Share wins, strategies, and motivation with your fellow reps.
