Position Overview
We are offering two full-time positions to handle incoming phone calls and follow up with our customers. Our service connects truckers seeking insurance with the agencies that can help them. Work is performed remotely, so all you need is a quiet space, fast internet, and a computer. Choose the shift that best fits you:
• Position 1: 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm, Monday-Thursday and 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Fridays (with an hour for lunch).
• Position 2: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday (with an hour for lunch).
Compensation: $40,000.00 per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and follow up with customers.
- Connect truckers with insurance agencies via telephone.
- Adhere to the assigned shift schedule with punctuality and professionalism.
- Maintain a positive and energetic phone presence.
- Provide world-class customer service while upholding our company’s positive approach.

- Must reside in South Carolina.
