AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Position Overview

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide every guest who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and are passionate about building brand loyalty by representing our values and bringing your REAL self to work. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a "friends first" approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer tailored suggestions based on their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flexibly work across various areas including the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Consistently uphold AEO’s policies and maintain high integrity.

Required Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with people and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• A genuine passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
