Position Overview

As one of the few independent clinics in Minnesota with four locations in the northwest Twin Cities metro, we offer a supportive, patient-centered atmosphere and ample opportunities for career growth. In this full-time Front Desk Medical Receptionist role, you will provide exceptional customer service, schedule appointments, manage patient records, and support the smooth operation of the front desk. Hourly Range: $19.00 - $21.75, based on experience; Sign-On Bonus: eligible candidates receive a $1,000 tiered bonus (paid in three installments); Travel Requirement: travel to all clinic locations (Crystal, Maple Grove, Osseo, Plymouth) and rotating shifts including closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and professional environment by greeting visitors and patients both in-person and by phone.
  • Optimize provider schedules and boost patient satisfaction through efficient appointment and procedure scheduling across multi-specialty, multi-location clinics.
  • Verify patient information confidentially; collect co-pays and outstanding balances.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and procedures as needed.
  • Communicate with patients and families to ensure required forms are completed.
  • Follow procedures and policies to maintain compliance with OSHA standards and a safe work environment.
  • Travel to other clinic locations to provide front desk support as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of medical clinic experience.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical record systems (EMR).
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume patient calls.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients and staff.
  • Ability to perform a variety of administrative and patient-support tasks in a team-oriented environment.
