Job Description

Position Overview

This role is a highly client-facing position reporting to the Manager of Customer Service. You will ensure that After Sales Service is handled efficiently while supporting Sales Associates and the Back-Office team. Ideal candidates will bring at least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service, and they are expected to assist clients and the Sales Team in a fast-paced luxury environment. Upon joining, you will be immersed in our enchanting world with training on our history, know-how, and creations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product registration for repairs and maintenance
  • Obtain updates from service facilities and factories while assisting Sales Associates with client communications
  • Ensure that After Sales Service statistical information and inventory results are correct
  • Consult with Management or members of the Sales Team on related After Sales issues

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service
  • Must have valid work authorization for employment in the USA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in the luxury watches or jewelry industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
