Job Description

Position Overview

The Sales Technology Supply Chain Coordinator is a newly established performer that supports the management and optimization of supply chain systems. This role helps ensure the effective operation of our supply chain technologies.

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time). Please note that we will NOT provide relocation assistance (candidates are expected to relocate on their own within 3 weeks of offer acceptance). This is a direct hire role and we are not open to employing through a contractor or agency.

Schedule: 5 days in-office. Location: 7834 CF Hawn Freeway | Dallas, Texas 75217.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain documentation related to supply chain systems, including procedures, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide user support and troubleshooting assistance related to supply chain systems.
  • Work on projects and assignments as part of a work team.
  • Contribute to basic data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Under the direction of experienced team members, perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential system/operational impacts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Data Management, Customer Service, Transportation, and Warehouse Management to support overall supply chain objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Using knowledge gained through provided resources, develop a fundamental understanding of functional practice, policy, and day-to-day execution requirements.
  • Apply solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team, with oversight.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience Required: 0-2 years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP (ECC, TM, EWM), Red Prairie WMS, and Salesforce Service Cloud experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite products.
