Position Overview

At Tilt (formerly Empower), we leverage over 250 real-time financial signals and mobile-first products to redefine credit and support hardworking people in reaching better financial futures. In this brand marketer role, you’ll identify, nurture, and recruit creators—from digital influencers to community leaders—to authentically tell our story and drive meaningful cultural moments. You will work at the intersection of talent partnerships, brand marketing, and creative strategy to launch innovative campaigns and build long-term relationships that turn partnerships into brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management: Identify, recruit, and contract creators to authentically tell Tilt's story, build scalable talent pipelines, negotiate deals, and steward long-term partnerships that drive strategic brand and business value.
  • Insights-Based Ideation: Turn social trends, consumer insights, and audience behaviors into bold campaign concepts that express our key differentiators.
  • Direct-Response Ad Creative: Collaborate with creators and growth marketers to produce, test, and optimize high-quality creative aimed at short-term conversion.
  • Brand-Response Ad Creative: Work with teams to create engaging content that enhances brand preference and resonates with audiences.
  • Campaign Measurement: Use data to define KPIs and demonstrate impact beyond superficial metrics, translating performance results into actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Lead creative projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timelines, stakeholder coordination, and measurable impact.
  • Stay On The Bleeding Edge: Identify cultural trends, emerging platforms, and rising creator voices that align with Tilt’s audience.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate genuine connections with creators, influencers, and trendsetters to create strategic and long-term creative advantages.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in brand or influencer marketing at a brand with storytelling at its core, a talent agency, or a branded content publisher.
  • Results Orientation: Proven ability to drive customer growth through creator partnerships, using data-driven insights that tie to business outcomes.
  • Problem Solving: Adept at anticipating challenges and addressing them with urgency and effective solutions.
  • Initiative & Accountability: Willingness to push creative boundaries while remaining accountable for outcomes.
