Job Description

Position Overview

Lee Supply is seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and support broader marketing and events initiatives. This role will be the storyteller behind our brand – showcasing our wide product selection, expert staff, and engaging with both professional and consumer audiences while also helping execute marketing campaigns, in‐store promotions, and industry events. This is a full‑time position with Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour and an in‑person Work Location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with Lee Supply’s brand and business goals
  • Manage daily posting and content scheduling across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging channels
  • Create engaging and informative content that highlights products, promotions, team, and customer success stories
  • Attend company events (trade shows, branch openings, showroom events, and staff training sessions) to gather multimedia content
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, showroom, customer service) to gather content ideas and align messaging
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages timely
  • Track KPIs (reach, engagement, followers, clicks, conversions) and prepare performance reports
  • Stay current on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates in the home improvement and B2B spaces
  • Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales
  • Identify potential influencer or vendor collaboration opportunities to expand reach
  • Assist with event planning, vendor coordination, and promotional collateral
  • Support marketing campaigns with graphic design, email marketing, or printed collateral as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms relevant to retail and home services
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Ability to create content (photos, video, and graphics) or work with creative teams to do so
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut)
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
