Key Responsibilities

  • Manages the entire account service process
  • Reviews applications and renewal requests to determine marketing strategy
  • Markets to carriers and negotiates rates and terms
  • Prepares quotes and proposals
  • Reviews policies and processes endorsements, certificates, MVRs, Loss Runs, and ID cards
  • Binds policies
  • Assists with audits as necessary
  • Coordinates premium financing as necessary
  • Collaborates with and assists the Producer with client meetings and strategy sessions
  • May oversee and direct more junior-level team members

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of related commercial insurance experience within a brokerage environment
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Holds an insurance license in good standing
  • Effective interpersonal skills across all levels within the organization
  • Computer proficiency with MSOS, Outlook, and agency management systems (Epic preferred)
  • Possesses efficient time management, strong organizational and customer service skills, high initiative, team orientation, and high attention to detail

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
  • Experience Required: 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Education: High school or equivalent
  • Required Travel: Up to 25%
