What skills will enhance your success as a new graduate?

  • Recent or upcoming graduation with an electrical engineering degree from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Availability to start between May 2026 and August 2026.
  • Courses in Circuit Analysis, Power Systems, and Control Systems are preferred.
  • Strong foundational understanding of electrical engineering principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to navigate various client sites and conduct site visits.
  • Willingness to travel for project-related activities and meetings.
  • Please note: Certain roles may require U.S. citizenship for compliance with federal contracts.

Interview and Employment Requirements:

  • Complete pre-interview assessments.
  • Submit college transcript for anyone with less than one year of post-graduation experience.
  • Pass all pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, as well as background checks as per company and client policies.

Salary Information

The salary range for this full-time position is: $71,000.00 - $85,000.00, dependent on role, level, experience, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and educational background.
