Digital Marketing Manager (Remote US) - Future Opening

Position Overview

Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency for B2B companies, utilizing our proprietary Customer Generation methodology that focuses on SQLs and Customers rather than traditional MQL metrics. At Directive, we are constantly looking ahead to build a network of talented professionals skilled in data-driven strategies, campaign optimization, and demand generation. In the Demand Generation Manager role, you will manage a select portfolio of up to seven accounts, execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, and Video, and work directly with customers to pitch strategies and exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the success of SMB clients across multiple channels.
• Handle client relationships with poise, confidence, and empathy.
• Project manage and organize assigned accounts effectively.
• Build and nurture relationships with client points of contact.
• Execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Paid Media, SEO, and CRO.
• Interface directly with customers to pitch strategies and ensure results exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate a creative spark and deep passion for obtaining impactful marketing results.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Proven track record as a brilliant strategist and T-shaped marketer.
• Exceptional project management skills with a record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Availability and willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong SaaS background is preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment using virtual collaboration tools.

• Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 USD base with bonus eligibility.
