We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Sourcing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing IT systems and software while demonstrating the flexibility to manage activities across other indirect categories as needed. This role involves developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and procuring cost-effective, high-quality IT solutions for our worldwide operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT systems and software to drive cost savings, optimize supplier performance, and meet business needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT suppliers and service providers, monitoring risks and contractual obligations.
  • Lead the end-to-end IT sourcing process, including identifying potential suppliers, conducting RFPs and RFQs, negotiating pricing and contracts, and finalizing agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as IT, human resources, finance, and legal to understand requirements and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Utilize market trends, industry developments, data, and analytics to assess supplier performance, track cost savings, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Manage sourcing activities across other non-IT categories as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in IT sourcing and procurement with a proven record in contract negotiations and vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and software, including MS Teams, SAP, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and analytics for decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams and time zones.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal (bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus).
