Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manages human resource systems and oversees HRIS projects and team members
- Recommends system design and configuration to align with strategic goals
- Ensures data integrity, system security, and effective reporting while serving as a liaison between users and technical teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree: in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years: of progressive functional and technical experience in Workday
- Experience: managing or supervising employees
- Experience: implementing and administering HR systems, particularly Workday HRM
- Experience: in quantitative HRIS analysis with a strong aptitude for data analytics and reporting
