Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages human resource systems and oversees HRIS projects and team members
  • Recommends system design and configuration to align with strategic goals
  • Ensures data integrity, system security, and effective reporting while serving as a liaison between users and technical teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree: in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years: of progressive functional and technical experience in Workday
  • Experience: managing or supervising employees
  • Experience: implementing and administering HR systems, particularly Workday HRM
  • Experience: in quantitative HRIS analysis with a strong aptitude for data analytics and reporting
