Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  • Answer inquiries from patients and their families in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments for patients and ensure accuracy and efficiency in the process.
  • Assist clinic staff with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with patients, their families, and colleagues.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns raised by patients or their families.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the clinic.
  • Stay updated on clinic policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to patients and families.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Attend training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic manager.
